Charles Mills on Racial Liberalism

In this lecture, the late philosopher Charles Mill discusses his idea of racial liberalism. Building on his critique of traditional Western that he first began developing in his book The Racial Contract, Mills provides a rather entertaining lecture that makes the complex ideas that are associated with liberalism, accessible for his viewers.
